Pentecost X

Apologies for the delay in posting this, I was severely delayed last night be events in Calais even though I was several miles up the coast in Dunkerque.

Masses for the tenth Sunday after Pentecost are as follows:

Saturday (Vigil) St. Mary’s, Gibbet Street, Halifax. 6.00 p.m.
Sunday (Sung) Sacred Heart, Broughton Hall, Skipton. 11.00 a.m.

                           St. Joseph’s, Pontefract Road, Castleford. 3.00 p.m.

Last week we heard Mass again at Chapelle d'Armentieres (thanks to the Institute of Christ the King) near Lille and during the week at St Paul's Abbey in Wisques - this was a conventual Mass sung by the Benedictines. Both were very uplifting experiences.
