We are now midway between the start and end of Lent. The seasonal and liturgical mood lightens slightly with the use of  rose coloured vestments.

Fri: St. Austin's, Wentworth Terrace, Wakefield. 7.30 p.m.

       St. John the Evangelist, Cooper Lane, Buttershaw. 6.00 p.m. Now confirmed for 6.00 p.m.

Passion Sunday:

8.30 a.m. St. Ignatius, Ossett

1.00 p.m. St. Patrick's, Westgate, Bradford

It was very good to see so many attendees from St. Patrick's attending the Mass for peace last Friday at St. Joseph's in solidarity with the Ukrainian Community. Please remember this desperate situation in your prayers.

At St. Joseph's, Pakington Street in Bradford there will be a Mass in the New Rite for peace in view of the outrageous atrocities being perpetrated against the people of Ukraine on Friday 11th. March at 7.00 p.m.
