I have been asked announce that there is to be a retreat at Aylseford organised by the YCA - here is the information I was given:
YCA National Weekend at Aylesford -in Association with the Scola Gregoriana of Cambridge 31st Oct-1st Nov 2015
Set in the heart of Kent, England, The Friars - Aylesford Priory - is an ancient religious house of the Order of Carmelites dating back to the 13th Century. Over the centuries and now today The Friars has become the destination for thousands of visitors.
At the 2015 Young Catholic Adult Weekend Pilgrimage, there will be
- Sung/High Masses,
- Gregorian Chant Workshops,
- Marian Procession,

Also there is to be Mass in honour of the Nativity of Our Blessed Lady at Wakefield's historic Chantry Chapel, Kirkgate Bridge at 7.00 p.m. on Monday 8th. September. This will be a missa cantata.

Please note the Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes is at 5.30 p.m.
Also there will be no more EF Masses at Heckmondwike as Fr Abberton is moving to Bradford, to a parish close to the school where I teach. I shall of course offer to serve Mass for him when he arrives there.
