Saturday 7th February sees the now annual procession in honour of Saint Blaise who is the patron saint of Bradford. The procession will start from City Square, in front of the City Hall at 10.30 a.m. and make its way via the wool exchange to Saint Patrick's church, where the blessing of throats will take place.
The event is organised by our friends the Friars of the Renewal and we are always more than happy to provide the servers. Please join us. Some of you may not know that there is a statue of Saint Blaise in the fabric of the Wool Exchange (pictured) which dates back to times when the city was the capital of the wool world.
